A credit institution can conclude a Master Agreement with Gazprombank on the key terms of collaboration on the interbank money market pursuant to the provisions set out in Article 428 of the Russian Civil Code for a contract of adhesion.

In order to enter into a Master Agreement on the key terms of collaboration on the interbank currency market, a counterparty should provide hard copies of the following documents to Gazprombank:

• Two copies of the Statement on Acceptance of the Terms of the Master Agreement on the key terms of collaboration on the interbank money market, duly signed by the authorized representative of the counterparty and sealed with the counterparty’s stamp (if applicable);
• Duly certified documents required to identify the counterparty, the latter’s representatives, beneficiaries, beneficial owners, and also to check the legal capacity of the counterparty and the authority of the representative who signed the Statement on Acceptance on behalf of the counterparty. The list of these documents is specified in the banking rules of Gazprombank.

Posting the text of the Master Agreement on the key terms of cooperation on the interbank money market does not constitute a public offer, and Gazprombank is entitled to refuse to accept and register the Statement on Acceptance from any person without providing reasons.

A counterparty can also conclude a Master Agreement with Gazprombank on the key terms of collaboration on the interbank money market on a bilateral basis.
