Moscow, November 19, 2019 — Gazprombank took third place in the rating of Russia's best employers according to Forbes. What’s more, the Bank ranked first among all of the lending institutions mentioned in the material.
According to the material released by the media outlet, the mathematical model of this rating is “based on extensive research into the corporate lives of large Russian companies conducted and digitalized by Forbes journalists.” Moreover, when compiling the rating, the media outlet took a poll of 3,000 people to learn more about what Russians meant by “the best employer.” Based on the findings, nine metrics were identified to take an assessment of employers. The most important metrics included salary (25%), working conditions (19%), social package (15%), in-house training (12%) and a few other issues.
Gazprombank ranked among the leaders by several indicators, including remuneration of labor, working conditions and participation in environmental protection.
“Against a backdrop of rapid technological advancement and fierce competition for people who can generate and bring new ideas to life, it is critical to an organization’s success to create opportunities for unlocking human potential. Today, Gazprombank strives to provide a creative and interesting environment for its employees that allows them to achieve their potential and, what’s more — maintain their high level of motivation. We think that is precisely what allows us to post market-outperforming rates of business growth and leadership,” said Dmitry Zauers, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Previously, Gazprombank won the Randstad Award in the “Most Attractive Employer in Financial Services” nomination three years in a row.
