Moscow, November 20, 2019 — Gazprombank and the Russian State Social University (RSSU) signed a cooperation agreement. In particular, the document provides for assistance in the employment of alumni with disabilities and health limitations, as well as the development of joint academic, educational and commercial projects and programs.
The agreement was signed by Natalya Tretyak, First Vice President of Gazprombank, and Natalya Pochinok, Rector of RSSU, at the 5th Abilimpix National Championship of Professional Excellence among people with disabilities and health limitations.
Within the scope of the agreement, Gazprombank plans to organize internships at the Bank’s structural subdivisions for RSSU students with disabilities and health limitations, as well as to cooperate with the university in working out a method that would help such students secure employment on the open labor market. It also provides for other mutually-beneficial projects aimed at solving the personal-fulfillment challenges of people with disabilities, as well as all students and alumni of RSSU.
“Gazprombank has historically paid a great deal of attention to issues of social responsibility and views the establishment of an equal-opportunity society as an important part of its activities. I am certain that the agreement signed today will make it possible to discover additional opportunities for people with disabilities on the professional team of one of the best employers in the country,” shared Natalya Tretyak, First Vice President of Gazprombank.
