Moscow, March 24, 2020 — Gazprombank continues to operate in normal mode, providing clients with the required safety measures prompted by the spread of COVID-19.
Currently, all employees in Moscow and Moscow Region are equipped with disinfectants, protective masks and gloves. Before the start of each shift, every worker has their temperature taken. Also, attempts are being made not to allow scores of people on the Bank’s premises. During the business day, branch premises undergo disinfection with the help of specially-purchased air-purification units.
The equipment required for the protection of clients and employees is being forwarded to the Bank’s regional branches. All offices will be fully equipped within the next few days.
Since last week, Gazprombank has started checking the temperature of clients in Moscow in a non-contact way. In case their body temperature is elevated, the client will be asked to return home and call a doctor.
Previously, Gazprombank had announced the transfer of most employees to remote work without sacrificing their salaries. Those who have not started working from home will undergo full thermometric control at the beginning of each workday. Employees with an elevated body temperature, cough and/or other signs of cold-like diseases will be referred for medical aid. All employees that continue to work at Bank offices are being provided with medical masks and antiseptics. Special focus is being paid to branch employees and courier-service workers.
All Bank employees who have just returned from abroad are being forwarded for thirty-day quarantine.
