St. Petersburg, June 4, 2021 — At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, a cooperation agreement was concluded on June 4 between Gazprombank and Krasnodar Territory. The document was signed by Dmitry Zauers, Deputy Chairman of Gazprombank’s Management Board, and Igor Galas, Vice Governor of Krasnodar Territory.
According to the terms of the agreement, the parties are expected to cooperate in order to deliver on the priority targets of the social and economic development of Krasnodar Territory, the strengthening of its economic and industrial potential and the implementation of key investment programs — as well as the relevant public-private partnership programs. Gazprombank intends to take active part in the development of the region’s banking sector and provide a wide range of high-quality banking services based on advanced technologies to its population and business entities, including banking support and comprehensive services for organizations, retail products and SME programs.
“I’m confident that the mutually-beneficial cooperation of Gazprombank and Krasnodar Territory will enable the implementation of projects in various sectors of the economy and the social sphere (creating educational facilities within the framework of a federal program), as well as the region’s overall development,” said Dmitry Zauers, Deputy Chairman of Gazprombank’s Management Board.
“I hope that the agreement signed within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will promote further regional development and help solve the problems facing the region’s financial market: increasing the availability and quality of banking services, implementing projects within the framework of public-private partnership and introducing information technologies into the financial sector,” noted Igor Galas, Vice Governor of Krasnodar Territory.
