Moscow, September 1, 2021 – A sweeping paid-internship program for undergraduate students started at Gazprombank. GPB.Experience is paid on-the-job training for students currently enrolled at Moscow-based institutions of higher education.
The first stream of participants will total 30 students who were particularly impressive in the course of the competitive selection process. Positions have been simultaneously opened at a number of Head Office divisions: Retail Business, Risk Management Service, Corporate Unit, Investment Unit, HR, Marketing, and others.
The program envisions the participants combining their studies with their internship at the Bank. The interns are offered a flexible work schedule, but are expected to work at least 25 hours a week. The internships will continue for 6 months and will be paid. Upon completing the program, the students will receive letters of recommendation and gifts from the Bank. The best interns will get the opportunity to continue their career and be hired on as an employee of Gazprombank.
“It’s extremely important that we generate more interest among the younger audience in Gazprombank – that we show students that working at our Bank isn’t about bureaucracy and formality but rather about digital processes and emerging technologies. After all, if we want our tomorrow to be bright, we have to start preparing for it today. And, among other things, this preparation includes doing systematic work with our youth. Our Bank has lots to offer to smart and talented students,” commented Olga Terpigoreva, Head of the HR Department at Gazprombank.
Applications will be accepted until October 3 on the website gpb.fut.ru, and the internships start on October 25. The internships will conclude in April 2022.
