The Sustainable Office Concept is a complex of measures designed to minimize negative impacts on the environment and create a friendly, comfortable, safe and inclusive environment for both employees and customers of the Bank that can be extended to all geographical locations in which the company performs its activities. Application of the Concept is intended to allow the Bank to meet all relevant standards in respect of environmental safety, corporate governance and social responsibility, and in so doing make a positive contribution to the socio-economic development of the country, whilst at the same time maintaining its dominant position in the banking sector.
The measures included in the Concept are designed to help the Bank regulate and standardize its Sustainable Office-related activities in all subdivisions of the Bank. The Concept is intended for use by all administrative offices of the Bank, irrespective of where they are located, and its provisions are binding on all Bank employees. Those same provisions are intended to govern the activities of the Bank’s subsidiary financial entities and are also meant to serve as a guide to the activities of all constituent organizations of the Banking Group.
The Concept defines quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators for all relevant activities of the Bank in the periods to 2023, 2025 and 2030, and stipulated the Bank’s responsibility to issue periodical reports on the Concept implementation.
